I have an STR in Niagara Falls and it does pretty well based on the purchase price. 

Have you always invested in owning the parks, or have you purchased some individual mobile homes in parks you haven't owned also? 

Delavan has come a LONG way recently and prices are shooting though the roof both for rents and to purchase.

It is also not an option to not renovate as she came with the house when I purchased it and absolutely trashed the place. 

For that amount, you might as well have purchased an extra smaller house.
