I'm saying that as a customer I prefer to sign in on paper since it's faster (though, maybe what I want doesn't matter, cause I'm going to go to your open house regardless of whether you use paper or an ipad) Is the only reason you guys use electronic sign in sheets to get the digital information? 

Similarly social media are treated rather as a visit cards than a promo and sales vehicle to boost it out.Are there real estate agencies interested in setting their business outside the US in Europe?

We also keep a copy of the lease agreement on Cozy so both myself and the tenant have an electronic signed copy of the lease.
