I'm looking to get a 220V outlet installed in Tustin and looking for honest recommendations for an electrician, handyman, and/or dry wall guy. 

Most termite companies will warrant against subterranean but not dry woods, as they fly and they cannot control that.

I originally pursued SFH’s, but I happen to own a utility construction company that installs underground utilities for commercial projects (all wet and all dry).

In the basement, there's a section of the wall, where the upper 3rd (above ground) is being pushed in - it looks like the wood has rotted out. 

I'd rather have the dry powder earning 2% in a money market acct ready for an opportunity than cap my ROI at 4.5%.
