The response of the government was to REQUIRE property owners to continue to provide housing ,eating minimum standards, even as they were losing money.  

I would recommend continuing to educate yourself on real estate if you’re interested.

But the ROE is even more drastically worse compared to the past as the value of them continues to rise but income has not.  

Has anyone else had this problem, I've removed the baseboards and tapped it back together once already but it continues to separate, not really sure what to do, it looks great and holds up super well, except for the gaps! 

3- Job Market Growth is still strong in ATX 4- Population growth continues although not at the same pace as the pandemic. 5- Supply side problem - Builders overbuilding creating downward pressure on housing prices. 

The area is putting up more and more tourist attractions which should continue to drive more growth. 

Interest rates continued to drop till 1992 reaching 7.5% when I decided to pull the trigger.

In the lifespan of your investing if you continue investing this speed bump will become smaller to you.
