One thing you could do that might really benefit you, is to find a small business coach (preferably one that knows the food/drink industry). 

Anyone have suggestions for online business/career coaching?

My name is Rebecca and my husband, Nick Knox III and I have run Captain Save a Home LLC, Brew City REI Club (a private network of our trusted real estate friends), Brew City REI Training Cafe (ala carte style real estate mentoring/coaching) and Wisconsin Contractor and Handyman Club (contractor-investor connection platform) based out of Milwaukee, WI for the past 8 years.

One of my biggest dilemmas are those who I encounter who tout using the $20-$40K gurus to have them teach/coach and help make connections.

My real estate coach is advising to not use debt to buy more debt, but I know there are different views on that.

That’s why having someone trusted that can check your work, that also understands cash flow analysis and can help coach you through some things you may have missed is recommended. 

Running the numbers on here for CAP rate etc. watched a bunch of videos but is there help on the community here or a coaching program that can help me really look 1on1 at deals?
