In other words, just cause "Joe down the road has his own pool and does it all himself" does not make him qualified and will not be accountable if say the chemicals are not right and your guests gets burns or rashes from the chemicals.  

We purchase ours through a local chemical supply house with their name on it.

There was a major chemical spill in the 80s that wasn't properly contained so there is a large section near the Garfield train station where high levels of chromium have been found in basements of homes.

We use Clorox Commercial Grade chemicals. 

Cut the plant, put the chemical on the frash cut stump and it kills it down to the roots.
