Challenges?

@Don Konipol, I guess my only real challenge to your thoughts are the definition of investments.

Sounds like a challenging but rewarding project!

Hostaway seems interesting as potentially something with the power of Ownerrez but without the challenging interface and complexity. 

1031 exchange sounds good in theory, but you need to do it in an area and at a time where there is inventory to choose from because once you identify the three properties, you have to close on one of them which is very difficult in a competitive environment.

My primary focus is on Wholesaling and Rehabbing in NJ and PA area.I’m eager to learn more about strategies, best practices, and the challenges of real estate investing, especially from those with experience or breaking into the market.

And with the way Latchel works I haven't been able to figure out a way to challenge this.

However, I believe it has deflated a bit recently due to the current interest rate environment, increased inventory of nearby new homes at a low(ish) price point, and the neighborhood turning to mostly investor owned homes.I do have mortgages; the tenants are paying these down. 

More than likely there is another investor that encountered the same challenge that they were able to overcome.
