My PM is saying that I would have to pay a set out fee which is having 4 able bodied men to actually move the stuff out the apartment and that is could cost up to $400+... my question tho is since the eviction was being filed for the rent in January, and I hadn't closed until the end of January, shouldn't it be the previous owners responsibility to get the tenant out???

Hello I have a question and I want an outside opinion First let's begin with I dropped my rent check off on the first as it is requested And I receive a call next day to drop another check for water bill amount in witch I run over to the office to them ASAPThere are happy and everything is okay A week goes by and I notice the water bill has been taken out of my checking and not the rent so I call the office and ask what is going on and if everything was okay just because I want to make sure there were no issues Rental manager says hold on let me see if it's here and she finds is and says she is having issues scanning it to bank and I tell her I can take a new check to the office right away she asked for a cashiers check I said I do not have the ability to leave to the bank and get one my cars in shop getting worked on and that's the best I can do this second She's says ok an takes the new check and as I go to my account two days later rent money is still there and not been processed so I look online to my resident account login and there is a NSF fee and a late fee for rent in witch I don't know why when everything was paid on time and she did not call me when she knew it wouldn't scan and I had to call her Let me know your opinion I believe the fee is wrong and I should have not been charged
