Owners always tell us, “know one comes to their door, it’s always phone calls & letters” lol How do folks react when you knock on the door? 

I've heard some pretty horrible anecdotes about getting a bill that's anywhere from 20% to 120% higher and as an investor it's really hard to reconcile how that affects your investment and how investors react to that. 

I would like to get to a point where I’m not doing so much of the work but for now it is the only way I can afford to take on these projects and my body still allows it.

We didn't have to deal with the body or anything - but we did have to ultimately dispose of his estate assets because he had no relatives.

Any body have experience purchasing multi-units with low downpayment conventional loans?

I think it speaks volumes that he won’t let you cancel if you don’t feel like it lives up to his hype.I'd punch him in the nose, give him a side kick to the knee and then a body slam. 

Applicants with body odder, unkempt appearance, attitude, messy car, facial tattoos any reason you may have.

Being that I go to RPI, I have a lot of connections within Greek Life and the overall student body and could probably be helpful in figuring out what students need and what students can afford (spoiler: not that much!)

I don't set my alarm anymore and wake up when my body feels like it.
