In the free initial training session, they give you just enough of a tease to make you want to pay several hundred dollars for the three-day session, and the three-day session is a three-day intensive sales pitch for the $40,000+ training package. 

Lots of networking time, haves and wants session, and an interview of a newbie investor so you can see how they got started.

I've been following bigger pockets for a few months now after it was recommended to me during a Rich Dad coaching session. 

A great source for that would be to go to magistrate court while court is in session for dispossessory hearings.  

I plan to have training sessions at these meetings.

I'm a novice myself, but I've found a plenty of folks to learn from and work with at the local REIA and AORE sessions.  

If I had it to do over, then I believe I would get close to the same value from this community in conjunction with some other local investment groups and live training sessions on specific topics, compared to FB and for ALOT less money. 

Does anyone know if the Florissant law also applies to Black Jack? 

I currently read David’s book while also listening to it again while doing workouts or cardio sessions.

If it is the JP court in your location that handles them, I would also take a look at their forms and attend a JP court session where they are deciding cases.
