This is not an exact picture, but as you see in the picture the outlet (pressure side) of the system is white PVC (plastic) pipe and not black ABS (plastic) pipe.It appears that the existing tank you have is plastic and not too large.

And, during the ownership, the 'owner' turned everything over to a PM, was losing money, and didn't appear to become actively involved/learn the business.

The property cash flowed prior to purchase even with the planned upgrades (which is why I purchased it), but during ownership and having paid for the planned upgrades, it appears as though it doesn't cash flow.I'll have to look at Baseline!
