Prices are lower downtown and rentals stay booked for tourists, weddings, events (film festivals, conventions, sports).  

I even heard some people renting out their backyards for camping and weddings. 

Going to my first subgroup meeting this Wed., Dealmakers, held at the headquarters off Tilly Mill, main meetings are every 2nd Monday-so not yet!...

I am in Colombia SC tomorrow but will be at a few of the local ones depending on what I can find weds or Thursday.

We attended a wedding that the "Photographer" was using their Samsung Note 3 for Pictures AND Video.

In May/June we get weddings (in nearby barns.graduations - lots of colleges within 45 minutes of the house.  

I often go to Corvallis to practice instrument approach's and the ILS to 17 goes right by this I always peek and think what could have been.I was up on Wed.. but we were solid IMC so not look that day but I know its there

This methodology results in days like today where Freddie notes "falling rates" because Mon-Wed of this week were generally better than Mon-Wed last week.
