It's not an easy process if you try to do it yourself.Practically, it's not that hard either...just stay out of it and let the process server and Sheriff do their thing.  

I then called my mortgage broker who confirmed what the server said. 

I have a Network Attached Server (RAID enabled with 5 hard drives) with 10GB of space. 

Depending on serverity it may not be worth looking at the house.

Sad part is thousands will respond with their bank info to this scam 😡Check the IP of the SMTP server and report it to their ISP.

The chances of the servers are finding this information out is quite small but still possible.

If I did it pro per, the minimum time to figure out service details, drive round trip to the courthouse, fill out forms, hire process server, ask and read questions on BP, and then settle with BoA or show up for the hearing is minimum 5 hours. 

But I would like to know from others, what happens if a process server can't locate a tenant?
