I forget).Perhaps if other bidders are going in with buyer's agents (capping the total listing agent commission to $1250) and if they feel that $500 (or $250 if 50-50 split) is reasonable compensation for submitting my bid, filling out the hud contract, unlocking the property for the inspector and the final walkthru, then it might be considered.

The case manager was the one who discovered the tenant is in jail and he actually suggested that I change the locks.I went over there this evening and the door was unlocked (unfortunately I didn't have my key to lock it).
