Two other things to note about #401kloans:Possible benefit if the stock market turns south, the money outstanding against your 401k loan is no longer invested into the market! 

So they would first payoff the first mortgage, if there is a second then $ goes to the second and if anything above that goes to any other lienholders or the homeowner.There are a lot of people who invest in 2nd mortgages because they are cheaper than a first, but in Ohio (not sure all counties) you have to pay off the first at foreclosure so if you do not have the money to pay off the first you are out of luck. 

He scammed a lot of people out of a lot up-front of money.

Sorry for the long winded back story, but end game is to put a A frame on the existing 20x40' stem wall above near where I"m standing, and put some stairs into a drop down area below for chairs/fire-pit overlooking the river canyon below (but out of view) under where the drone is flying.

They're investing tons of money into those areas, and attracting a lot of good renters who work in the medical profession and will pay good rents to live close to their jobs.
