I would assume it would come, as it is more cabinetry/built in than furniture. 

There is not a ton of stuff but some furniture, basement filled with odds and ends.We want to get it on the market soon and I am looking for a reliable company who could come and give a quote to remove the stuff.Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

And since my cousin occupies it now he's leaving most of the furniture and the repairs are already underway so once his lease ends all I have to do I furnish it and it'll be ready to list two days after he moves out.

When I google this topic, they assume that the place isn't vacant so suggested cheap ways to stage a home are more about decluttering and moving around existing furniture.

I'm offering asking price to the seller, but the seller has added an adendum that offers all previous renters with contact information, as well as all future bookings (From April through June), in addition to furniture - Tiki bar, outdoor grill, kitchen tables, bedding, the works.

This covers your personal items such as clothes, furniture, etc. 

Not to mention you're pretty much stuck renting the place as furnished so there's additional wear-and-tear or furniture.  

Carpet is a pain because it wears out in spots (food stains around furniture) and the walking path from entry to ______.

I just don't think that spend is necessary in a red hot seller's market.One thing on my to-do list is to set up a relationship with a furniture rental company to do the same sort of thing.  

We called the police and reported the burglary and since no one was there, no furniture was in the home and no utilities were on there was no reason to think that anyone was actually living there.
