People talk up owning their own home because it's something you should do as part of the American Dream, but in reality there are also some good benefits to being a renter and a lot of people won't admit that out loud because it can seem (culturally) that you're a loser.

Culture is huge for us, so if someone isn't who they were on the first and second date, get rid of them.How was it building your team?

People continue to move here for the diverse economy, plethora of fun activities like tourist attractions and outdoor parks, and we have a very rich culture and food scene as well. 

@Michael Baum It is my experience with Korean culture (and many Asian cultures) that shoes are not worn inside.

Chinese Culture has pretty much stuck to me because we heavily believe in it as well...

I had to re-explain HOA rules and the "culture" of the neighborhood so tenants understood expectations.
