I said ok thinking you know the holiday and such.1/15/16 I text him hows it going whats the status, he responds "love this floor plan will have it ready next week" I called him no answer and he did not return my call.1/22/16 I text him what time can we pick up floor plans today, he text "I'll have them ready next week" I immediately text him "oh I thought you where going to have them done last week per your text, is there something wrong?"

If the third day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the three-day period will not expire until the following Monday or non-holiday.

-The giant dog, obnoxiously/frantically jumping up onto the sliding glass door scratching vigorously at the handle, the whole time I was there, was a recent addition.  

Giant unknown where that will go in the future.

Do you think it is lack of inventory or lack of reality of buyers thinking they are going to get giant discounts or equity whether they are purchasing a foreclosure and have to fix it up or buy from an owner occupant?  

If you buy homes that are 6 bed/bath and larger, you start tapping into all the normal, non-vacation travel such as reunions, business travel and meetings, celebrations, holidays, weddings, etc. 

Right now I do have a problem with studying after a long day of do home repairs, but after a few more weeks of good earning (there was almost no work for me for about 10 weeks it's like that nearly every year over the holidays.  

Ultimately this would make it one giant step toward my goal of having many doors so that a small increase in rent in most units results in a huge pay raise for me. :-)
