Is the check mailed to the brokerage by the buyer or seller attorney, and how soon do they usually mail them (same day as closing, same week, etc)?

There's a bunch of us who have probably set up exchanges for clients even on the same day as closing.  

Well one day as I was applying mud on the drywall, a light bulb went off in my head.

I grow my business day by day as needed.

Each broker is priced differently so I would shop around with 3-4 different ones.To properly shop, make sure you get rate quotes on the same day as rates change daily.

Before this job offer, I was thinking about working half the day as a real estate agent and the other half being mentored by a successful guy.
