I think the actual settings will vary if you are managing directly on platform or using third party softwares, etc.As mentioned above I think risking going vacant over a major holiday will outweight the extra housekeeping cost.Also, I am not sure how much volume you are doing but do not pay cleaners extra for holidays. 

Just wanting some feedback from others, in regard to these two platforms. 

Taking the bookings directly can net you more money, take power away from the platforms to issue refunds, and protect you from other platform issues.Once you are set up with the site I recommend making a new forum post about ideas how to increase your conversions. 

I've tried all of those, with the exception of Deal Machine, and unless I'm evaluating them unfairly, none meet 100% what I would want in a platform. 

You should definitely call the platform before she does, because whoever calls first is the one who they side with.

I think the companies are gonna start to crackdown on this pretty soon, all of the vendors require you to certify that you're not using the platform for cold calling.2) It works best for inbound leads, inbound calls and calling old leads to rekindle them.

Had it been a Deed of Trust, mortgage, or QCD done on the platform, you would have the documents before the transaction even closes.

Those tenants haven't been any more problematic than tenants from any other platform.
