Problem with Zillow is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."

There are some more automated tools available now that can find sellers easier and integrate with it's own CRM and auto dialer, SMS and emails.It took me 3 years to get to 100 deals.
