Got this one yesterday for my STUDIO honeymoon cabin:2 stars“Feel where this house is all one room no privacy”'Cause, y'know, studios are so known for their multiple rooms...Other complaints in his private remarks included getting lost on the way to the cabin... when I provide explicit directions and clearly state in the check-in email that it's up a private drive that doesn't appear on GPS.

I look for things no one else wants.I'm currently buying medical office and retail because there's a large supply of the former in my market and because the popular media has convinced everyone that Amazon will put the latter out of business.Those are the kind of things you need to look for.

Hi, I am looking to convert my television studio in Hell's Kitchen into a Self Storage Facility.

As far as location, for a studio, zoned schools don't really matter.

These include good appreciation for the foreseeable future (especially if Amazon HQ2 happens here) and low vacancy rates for attractive properties.

I would take that $40k and identify an area that is up and coming, near a college, university or employment draw, and purchase a small condo as a rental. 1 Bedrooms or studios make excellent rental investments. 

Lastly, there is a loft style space above the garage that could accommodate a studio (no bathroom however).

We have the cash to get 1-2 places locally, or get a tiny beachfront studio that we could occasionally make use of.
