Purchase price: $540,000 Cash invested: $54,000 Single Family Home future location for wedding venue and ADU What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I'd rather not have to liquidate anything to pay the down payments/wedding if possible. 

We have a Zoom meetup for NJ investors the second WED of every month and there are a lot of new house hackers on the calls.

I figured it would make an excellent wedding venue while investing little money ($7,568 in total) into it.

And they do not allow parties, which a wedding reception is.
