You've got a LOT of catching up to do, reading previous threads; blogs; watching webinars as they come up, then ask more specific questions that you still cannot locate the answer for after all that extensive research.

Make sure you check out all the great educational resources BP has to offer like podcasts and webinars and also read as much as you can.

I've purchased several books as well as attended multiple webinars to further educate myself in real estate investing.  

Make sure to check out the podcasts, webinars, blogs and browse through the forums, they are very resourceful.Wishing you great success!

I'm new to real estate investing and have been reading books, forums, webinars, etc.I've made up my mind to buy my first property in 2016Even though a lot of people would say I'm in the least desirable place for this venture, I know there are ways to make it happen.Looking forward to learning from each other (I'll be learning a lot from you first) and continuing with this noble and patient road to wealth creation.
