Easy waste disposal, might be cheaper than shelves.I like the desk in there, but I also cold see a fireplace or wood burning stove in that space, and over the uncovered patio possibly rail type roof to cut the sun load in the windows, and maybe a 6 foot sliding glass door instead of the patio door.Great design--I really like it as is though!

Here is a pretty simple way to uncover the demand:Start with realtor.com and see what the average value of single family homes are in the area.

Definitely want to be as thorough as possible in your research if you are possibly basing a purchase decision with the data that you uncover.

It was scoped but they didn't do the best job on the inspection & didn't uncover some issues. 

@Timothy W Hanson I am still waiting on the info from the realtor, the deal seems like a no brainer but there may be somethings that are uncovered once I start getting answers to my questions.
