Which only would leave street parking for the ADU.I wonder how much of an issue this would be for potential renters in LA?

It's a main street property with the restaurant on the main floor and two one-bedroom apartments above it.

Generally you can’t stop someone from taking your picture on the street because it’s a public place.

I drove it in October after BP Con and there were two houses across the street from each other each asking for $2100 a month in rent when forecasting models of most BTR middlemen (people who don't build but just sell deals and put 6% on top, glorified realtors) were saying they could rent for $2500.

First house I looked at on the Westside was in Riverside, on Downing Street. 

My house is in a very desirable Philly suburb - great schools, close to I-95, lots of Wall Street/LawFirm/ professional types. 

I'm looking across the street right now and see a neighboring three flat with an enclosed porch and door leading to the roof leading me to believe... it's possible.

Sure, look at the data on population, jobs, and rent, but also hit the streets and chat with folks.

I did some research (after the fact) and found out that they are habitat for humanity homes and there are some more sec 8 homes up the street.
