Javier Molina I don't think putting a offer for 110 is crazy when they want 130 i can't remember who said it but on one on of the podcasts, the guest speaker said something to the extent of if your not embarrassed by your offer its too high.

It’s an excellent event with great speakers and you’d be able to meet several multifamily syndicators including Mark Kenney, who is the founder of Think Multifamily. 

My Logic:Inflation is a lagging indicator as many FED speakers have noted, with some recently expressing caution about overtightening fears over the next few months.

At a presentation given at my REIA last year, the speaker said bankrupts fall back into foreclosure at a rate of 80% of cases.
