These are really ugly and dated cabinets. 

They need to be certainly unambiguously hiring you with a specific start date, salary, etc.

For another small fee, they can keep your state entity filings up to date.  

An offer is more than just a price - the seller needs to see your written offer, along with all the terms and conditions of the offer (escrow amount, financing terms, contingencies, dates, etc) in order to make an informed decision.As a listing agent, my first question would be, "Are you already working with another realtor?"

It will be just over 90 days from signed purchase and sales agreement to closing date. 

Think 1901 was date used when they did not know actual date.
