I've seen builders do it on numerous occasions to correct an error.

Im getting an error when I try to respond to some of you who have sent me a private message. 

Thanks to Paul and everyone who lends a listening ear to a rookie just trying to make it.

I purchased a Tax Deed and found out that the property is land locked and had an error in the parcels and folios and deed years ago.But when  I called the  Clerk office they said there is nothing that they can do about it.Please help if you have some suggestions.

(If you don't mind my Rookie's questions) :D

Long story short, I was able to convince my original installer that I deserved a new coil and free installation because this was obviously a manufacturer's error (Lennox lost the suit) and I as a customer should not have to bear the cost of their mistake.

In my case, I always make rookie mistakes when starting something new.

@Morgan Klein - here is the fundamental error new landlords make. 

I have no money so how can I buy 20 homes.Well for sure the Guru circuit has hit the I want to wake up now and syndicate apartments.. there are going to be a lot of crocodile tears shed with investors and rookie sponsor the second we have a little hiccup and the deals done quite work..

Rookie move and that changed everything on my calculations.
