I've set a reminder to not have this problem going forward, forcing me to download a 1098 at the beginning of each year (starting in 2015).

I have to remind myself to - START SMALL AND LEARN - constantly.

If they ignore the invoice, we will give a reminder and, at 60-days (30-days late) file a Notice to Vacate {read: begin the eviction process}.

Heaven is real (I knew that anyway, just want to remind my friends on BP).

Very good reminders when dealing with buyers/sellers/contractors.
