It’s property Incased in metal electric tubing with those thicker boxes for light switches, plugs, etc. you are right in that there might not be enough slack to go inside the wall but it might be possible as I remember the plugs being a foot or so above the baseboards.If I was to help the electrician fish everything, I am above average in labor, what do you think a ball park would be?

I'd put it at about $10K based on the prices I generally get: - H2O Heater: $600 - A/C: $1000-1700 (depending on whether you need a new coil) - Electrical: $3000-6000 (depending on access and size of house) - Painting: $2000-3000 (depending on size of house...could be a lot more if the walls/ceiling/trim are in really bad shape and/or need multiple coats) - Landscaping: $100-500 - Drywall: $100-1000 (depending on how bad the damage is) - Kitchen sink: $100 That puts us between $6900-12,900, more specifically...

make sure you're putting the flutes in the right direction as well.If you've got the metal H frames you obviously need to have the flutes going vertical.
