A lot of the parks around are full and there are a ton of military men who will live there. 

You buy golf carts to rent  A full staff for 9 months , maintenance men , store personal  , lifeguards . 

I feel bad for men now.

Plus you can talk to people and get opinions like the police men and local businesses.

I don’t mind my job but I do a large degree of baby sitting grown men, budget maintenance, accounting and all around keeping the fleet paper owls up to date.

I have 4 units in a C+/B- area all older men; shortest tenancy is 5 years some have been there since the buildings were built in 2000.

Actually I think my #1 suggestion to young men that want to get ahead financially is to not spend your money on random girls.

Coast Guard men and woman are under Contract and cannot just quit and find another job.

Mind you, these circumstances are on the rarer side but our gender us make us vulnerable to situations as such where men only want to talk to you or "sell their house" with you because they think they have an opportunity to be with you.

Essentially your plan would end up having two "middle men" and the property would cost more since both of you would want some money.
