Too many wholesalers are so eager to get a contract that they lock up properties way above market value, hoping to find a buyer who doesn’t know any better.

So for $120 I went from 2 years to 7.  

3 seperate buildings, parceled as 3 seperate addresses so investor can get single family financing on this, is that correct?  

I'm still getting up to speed with things, so I can't say quite yet exactly what type of real estate investing I'd like to pursue, but from what I know so far I'm leaning toward long-term single family rentals in the Colorado Springs area.

If your target tenant is looking for a car-less lifestyle then you’re going to be competing with units close-in so you’ll have to win on price or features to get them out to 82nd.

So this is my first rental in the Indy area.

If investors want to just be lenders then I would work with them as a lender on the deal so you don't have to setup a syndication also not sure where you are located (app doesn't say) but if investors California may be way around syndicating
