I have a google voice number I can use, but since I'll be collaborating with other businesses such as wholesalers and other contacts through the REIA I felt perhaps my cell is more appropriate for that.Thanks for any feedback.Matt

I know it's my newbie, hungry to make my first deal and get the ball rolling voice telling me to jump on this but I also don't have a cushion to protect myself or family if things go wrong. 

All that being said, the standard BiggerPockets.com mantra is that equity represents lost money and opportunity cost, there are plenty of voices that logically and coherently argue that side of the debate (who will be joining this thread shortly), so by all means weigh all options, figure out what works for you given your particular goals and risk tolerance, and there is no "one size fits all" solution. 

My point is that new technologies have a long adoption cycle and there has always been gradual innovation.

Make sure you set up bank accounts in advance, and get a way for them to call you (like Skype or Gmail voice..not sure on exact names but I'll be researching it this summer when I'm in USA and will set it up) so they can call your for free and it rings to your mobile.

Technology.In the past decade alone we have come so far in terms of technology and innovations.

The actual numbers came below:Purchase: $98,752.00Renovations/Holding: $79,211.54*Sold Price: $207,500.00After Closing Costs Profit was $24,066.10... with the caveat that it was a combined effort with my father and the split was $12,033.05.Long story short, the house was purchased in Nov 2015, worked on between 3 other houses I had/have, and sold in March 2017.
