Personally, I've learned an incredible amount in just the last 2 months.

It was a game changer for our company and is incredibly robust now. 

Data generally has a wide angle of a market and lots of averages. 

(Being that most apartment building in downtown lisbon are small and only need refurbishment on the inside no structural repairs needed).Which offer incredible yields both on a rental basis or from a fix & flip perspective.In my specific case I don’t have the required funds available to enter on my own and therefore am looking for seasoned investors who would be willing to enter on a partnership or joint venture to invest (all legal, with written contracts obviously).I have seen people with no money but the right skills and connections for the job be successful at it.

Nonetheless, this could be a good deal for you and, as @Jay Hinrichs mentioned, a better deal in a retirement plan.Eyes wide open though.

- Do they focus on multiple asset classes or is it an inch wide mile deep, narrow focus? 

If I get a new home at 6-7%, to get to the same size of a home, same age, same size yard, everything, that is a $1.3-$1.4M home, which is incredibly expensive. 

As Sean said....if the academy isn't for you, just the podcasts alone are incredible (my words)I've read through every wholesaling post on BP, and aside from a handful of quality discussions that are very very good, most of the 105 pages can't touch the material that Sean provides for free in his podcasts.As someone who's starting brand new, I felt that getting either a home study course like Eric M's, or joining a coaching program would be a perfect compliment to all the information from the interwebz.
