A couple of my hobbies include fishing and motocross.Do we have any other members from the southern Indiana area?

A oil fired boiler , a water conditioning system , an oil fired hot water heater , a 4 zone mini split  system , 2 sump pumps , a refrigerator and the stove .

Though I'm a licensed real estate agent, in southern CA there are some REALLY well established offices that work the high end listings, and have their marketing down like a well oiled machine.

I worked as an oil and gas landman prior to getting into real estate investing so I know how to look up liens and chain title.

We pay for landscaping and the oil bills, which is roughly another $300/month averaged over the year, leaving us with a $600 month ‘profit’. 

I'm 49 and work in the offshore oil fields around the world.

If anything else a new fishing buddy. 

Hi Adam, its stated that one should not trespass on the pre or foreclosed property or trespass at all, but to get ahead of the big fishes on a great deal you could be polite and go door to door, this would put you ahead of other bidders since you know what needs fixing. 

I have a 4-unit property in Maine that I provide heat & hot water that are currently off of the oil fired boiler. 

@Kenneth Garrett How soon after an LLC is established can you go fishing for commercial loans for residential properties?
