I just feel like you have to take every claim with a grain of salt...I used propstream for a year, and I probably will sign up again soon... was intrigued by PIN and the flashier interface, but not excited about the upfront cost...

Very stable, lots of new exciting development projects, and surrounded by larger metros like Atlanta and Nashville that are too crowded and too expensive.  

Waterfront has been a dream of ours for a long time and we're excited to see it manifest itself here in Sammamish!
