Is there concrete that is leveled toward the home?

My house on slab is in a nice middle income area with expensive fishing boats and RVs in the concrete driveways, yet 2 comps were on another area with block homes, hoopties in dirt driveways, and 2 of the comps even sat next to trashy convenience stores.

The husband who blocked about filling out his own application, has a credit rating of 660.Are they considered two equals one and 751 credit rating meet the requirement or do I look at both credit rating separately?

One of the things I've noticed is that the flooring and underlayment options usually give an STC rating based on their use on 8" concrete subfloors.Part of the rating given is being attributed based on what type of subfloor it is and would be a lower rating than with the plywood subfloors.

The stamped plans always have an address on them in the title block.

But be sure to ask your accountant even if it’s just the local H&R Block guy because it’s probably all a tax write off.
