New roof, new siding, new plumbing, new electrical system, new kitchen, 75% of windows are brand new and fully renovated house.

Tenant now requests a water softener (we live in a very hard water area) due to clothes not being clean, stains, etc.

The wholesale electric rates depend on location and time-of-day in 5-minute intervals.

Just evict them with damages, clean it all up, and rent it out again.

But, most BPers either aren’t interested in, or like me have no talent for doing the carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, etc. in renovating a house.
