Calling on the phone won't get it done to many people have cell phones and when they are in foreclosure they usually have other credit issues and are hounded by collection agencies... you can either mail and hope or pound on doors and close deals.

I use my own email and my cell number.They also know if it's an emergency late night, they text me and I respond whenever I wake up since I turn my ringer off at night.If ever the I am unclear on the text, I just call them.

Same when a radio wave passes near a high-voltage line -- the radio signal gets changed, and the receiver in the car doesn't know how to parse the changed signal...hence the static.Btw, if you put your cell phone near your car's radio receiver (antenna) and get a phone call, that will temporarily scramble your radio signal as well.
