Its easy to think that things will get automatically better this simply isn't true.

I guess my suggestion would be to do a tremendous amount of research before you just think a particular area would automatically lend itself to finding an investor or a tenant.

They have several models but the best one has an automatic settin so it can be used in occupied spaces and maintain an acceptable ozone level.

My lease doesn't require me to do anything if I want to keep the tenant past the original lease expiration period since it has language in it that automatically converts it to a month-to-month tenancy upon accepting their next months rent.

My favorite part is when they start going through the house and just automatically start tallying up all the upgrades at face value to their bottomline...Its so realistic to just assume you will be able to ask (and get) more for your home (despite the comps) just because of some travertine floors and bullnose sheetrock...What a joke...
