Most of us selling properties right now don't need buyers with special need/arrangements in order to lock in profit or save money on the sale listing.

I understand it'll most certainly need to be tweaked per our specific arrangement, but would love to have a draft to review.

I'm not sure what to look for in a listing agent, or the agreement/arrangement to have.
