The only tenants that have given me any pause have been a couple of units that I have rented to extremely young couples with no prior rental histories.

Since this sponsor is on BP and was posting on other forum posts last night - I think he should have the ability to provide his side of things prior to anyone being banned or called a scam artist.

The “headline” number or main number typically seen in media reports, is the percentage change in inflation versus the prior year.

My understanding in Maryland the seller provides the buyer with a copy of the COA papers at least 21 days prior to settlement and you have up to 7 days to review and pull out of the contract if you don't agree to the terms.  

My clients who bought prior to 2022 are doing very well right now as rental rates are up and they've locked their low rates in till 2027 at least.

The tenants have been here 9 years prior to me purchasing, so who knows how long its been going on. 

And this is just as I enter the REI space, so no prev experience managing these types of things but lots of experience managing people and businesses prior. 

I've seen some pretty healthy asking prices for land where all entitlements were obtained & approved.Also, I do understand that there's a cost paid to the geotech, architect & city prior to approvals.But...

Did they have to demo prior to commencing work?
