Every tenant I have without a W/D complains of going to the laundry mat for various reason’s .its nasty ( especially in bad neighborhoods) it’s time consuming ,it’s very expensive and often the machines are Grungy from folks taking their greasy mechanic and oil field clothes there .

The report indicated there was evidence of water in the basement, which has been a fleeting issue for us, but likely since resolved by a cheap solution -- I found a corrugated rubber mat company that created a thick/heavy mat built to cover flat bilco basement doors.
