Due diligence schemes like these have been going on forever its not a new concept the new concept is how avaliable their dupes are to them now using social media IE linkedin Facebook  and BPon another real estate investor website call connected investor.. they actually charge and they do due diligence before they allow you to post.. which they still won't get all the scammers out of the game but it will mitigate it..

There's also MHP groups on linkedin and facebook that are hotter places to advertise national deals.FWIW I'd sign a non disclosure non compete and fee agreement with the buyer and turn the seller over directly to the buyer.

Speak to them on the phone, verify their ID before giving them yours, cross link their ID to other sites whether it be BP, LinkedIn, CI or other.
