Fundamentals change neighborhood to neighborhood (i.e. appreciation potential), inventory/absorption issues may exist, rogue city council members and/or registered community organizations can make neighborhoods less appealing with little oversight which impacts value and marketability.

Thus many in our investor community are considering renting their properties out to FEMA, as FEMA just started advertising to us about such. 

Hello BP Community,As is very common I have friends who purchase their rental houses under their own name in order to get lower interest rate loans with better terms and also cheaper landlord insurance, and then they transfer the title into their LLC after closing.

Are there communities where you can acquire homes for around $100K or less AS IS that will have After Repair Values of $170K or more.

QUIETLY ask around the community who most ppl use for sprinklers.
