Research the correct way ( I believe putting in what amounts to an escrow account) and include a letter with your June rent payment explaining that per PA code XX you’re withholding $yy this month to cover the costs of non functioning systems that were included in the house.

This was purchased in foreclosure back in 2008 I believe as is and has been functioning as a 2 unit (possibly referred to as an in-law unit?).

        - lack / loss of functionality- i.e. no dynamic stays, no set long term stays settings showing in AirBnb      - severe data errors- i.e. numbers not adding up and showing up in the wrong place.  3. 

AirBnB makes it crazy easy with the co-host function.

We are considering one that’s charging $0.50 a unit but problem is the functionality seems limited.

I don't plan to do a make it a full conversion by any means but to keep it a fully functional garage that I live in.

Although there are sporadic problems here and there, over all the electrical grid in functioning pretty well.

BP is an excellent source for vetting turnkey providers, simply by looking up the companies using the search function.

That way they get the benefit/functionality but don't feel like they're getting penalized in rent increase.
