I will probably put it into a few private equity funds in China.

I basically looked at my house and thought "this will be paid off at 55...if I had 2 paid off houses I could at least retire in China and live ok."

So a lot of rich business ppl & high government officials wanted to move money out of China before the political change.

We all know that there is a large influx of foreign money in some markets right now, especially money coming from China.

Need another buyer ato same level.Russia and China down and out.  

People are coming from China with millions of government embezzled funds.

I recently got an application on a rental from a local charity group for a family that is moving from China to start their roots in the US.

i say this because people in flushing queens NY are speculating a recession would hardly affect us due to so much foreign money invested from china.

That was the proverbial flapping butterfly wing in China that led to the storm in my backyard.
