I was wondering what you thought about possibly holding the event someplace fun so people actually want to go - like - today I got invited to attend a new Palm Coast Real Estate networking event at Oceanside Beach Bar & Grille.

You can also add some backyard amenities(firepit, shelter, grill area, etc).

TV and telecommunication service is one sector that's experiencing negative inflation LOLmeaning the supplier is selling below their production cost, sometimes TV and cell phone cost is much less than a nice BBQ dinner outside LOL

Did someone say quick run to Kansas City for BBQ? 

If it were mine, and a Class B area,I would think about bringing the outside inside to make the spaces feel bigger.Sliding glass doors replacing the windows.With an uncovered deck or paver patio with a charcoal BBQ area.I would rather wake up in the morning and walk into kitchen number 1 vs kitchen 2.It seems to feel much bigger and more relaxed to me, and I think a renter might consider this a positive too.Possibly bringing a little more each month, or someone who wants to stay longer--but of course spending money on things like that is always a gamble.Good Luck!

I loved Dallas and I loved the people here...super-friendly and I ate loads of great BBQ.

Taking the ice chest and bringing some back to grill at our house down there with the neighbors and our foreman/Wife. 

Also adding, cable or satellite television, internet, internet connected entertainment media devices, gas or charcoal grill.  ^^^ That guy is going down the road I've gone down 23 times. 

They will pretty much take care of their equipment(fryers, grill, display cases, bakery racks, etc).
