After years of self-managing our single-family rentals, we decided to hire a property manager to provide full service management.

This single-family residence spans approximately 4,250 square feet and features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Investment Info:Townhouse fix & flip investment. 159 W 129th St is a multi-family building located in the heart of Harlem, New York.

The issue is the use of capital to buy a multi family for all cash only to receive a cap rate of 5.3%.  

I mean really, I don't even talk about my money with family members, some of them would be the last ones I'd say anything to, but the have an idea, that's all they need to know.
